Dear AnywhereNow Customer & Partner,

We would like to inform you about an emergency maintenance window for Dialogue Cloud.

During this maintenance, we will apply a preventive configuration update to the Interceptor Data Service (IDS). This update is focused on strengthening how the platform supports incident response and recovery, helping ensure the service remains reliable under all conditions.

We apologize for the short notice. While the platform is currently operating normally, we’re implementing this update proactively within a controlled maintenance window, having identified an improvement that can facilitate and speed system recovery in the unlikely event of an incident.

This update is part of our ongoing efforts and continuous improvement to strengthen the platform and keep it reliable under all conditions.

This change does not introduce new functionality or behavioral changes. It is an improvement designed to ensure continuity, resilience, and predictability of service.


Maintenance Details:

Date: Thursday, January 22, 2026.
Time: 13:00 UTC

User Impact:
During the maintenance, there will be a brief (up to 10 minutes) period in which the IDS service is restarted. During this time, new calls will not be possible. Existing calls will remain active, but experience issues if a call transfer is initiated.

Expected Duration: We have allocated a maximum of 1 hour for this maintenance activity. However, we anticipate that the actual change will be completed within 30 minutes.
