We would like to inform you of an upcoming SSL certificate renewal for the NORA-EU2 & EMEA-NEU Federation regions.
Earlier in January, we informed customers that we would be migrating to DigiCert as our Certificate Authority and that customers would need to update their root and intermediate certificates to maintain a valid and trusted certificate chain for our services. These updates are now mandatory in preparation for this activity.
Date: Saturday, June 06, 2026 Time: 23:00 UTC Region: NORA-EU2 & EMEA-NEU Federation Expected Duration: A 1‑hour window has been reserved, although the renewal itself is expected to be completed within approximately 15 minutes.
User Impact: Customers who have already completed the required actions outlined in the Knowledge Article will not experience service disruption.
Customers hosted on NORA-EU2 or EMEA-NEU who have not updated their root and intermediate certificates before 06 June 2026 may encounter service issues. In such cases, systems may reject the renewed certificates because the Certificate Authority is not trusted. This can result in service disruption, including scenarios where your SBC goes offline and stops processing traffic.
