Update -
Dear AnywhereNow Customer & Partner,
We are extending the scheduled maintenance window to begin 1 hour earlier than originally communicated.
During the first hour, we will apply a preventive configuration update to the Interceptor Data Service (IDS). This update is focused on strengthening how the platform supports incident response and recovery, helping ensure the service remains reliable under all conditions.
This update is part of our ongoing efforts and continuous improvement to strengthen the platform and keep it reliable under all conditions.
This change does not introduce new functionality or behavioral changes. It is an improvement designed to ensure continuity, resilience, and predictability of service.
User Impact:
During the first hour of the maintenance, there will be a brief (up to 10 minutes) period in which the IDS service is restarted. During this time, new calls will not be possible. Existing calls will remain active but experience issues if a call transfer is initiated.
During the second and third hour of the maintenance window, all AnywhereNow Dialogue Cloud UCC and web applications will be offline.
All other maintenance details remain unchanged.

We want to make you aware that the recurring monthly Service Maintenance window will take place on Sunday 25 January 2026.
This is a recurring maintenance window for approximately 2 hours on the Dialogue Cloud platform. The recurring window will always take place during the last weekend of the month. For exact times, please review the table below.
This window will target to update the security patching of the resources.
During this window all AnywhereNow Dialogue Cloud UCC and web applications will be offline.
