We would like to inform you of emergency maintenance taking place today for our Dialogue Cloud V3 – WebAgent in the NORA region. During this window, we will deploy a configuration update to address a recently identified compatibility issue involving managed profiles in the Microsoft Edge browser. This update has no impact on functionality or visual design, and the operational impact during the maintenance window will be minimal for agents actively using WebAgent.

User Impact: Minimal impact is expected during the maintenance window. Users already logged into WebAgent should not experience any issues. New login attempts may experience a brief delay lasting approximately 2–3 minutes.
Expected Duration: A 60-minute maintenance window has been scheduled, though we anticipate completing the activity within 30 minutes, including post-maintenance sanity checks.
