Dear AnywhereNow Customer & Partner,
We would like to inform you of an upcoming maintenance window for the WebAgent Front End.
During this window, the bootstrapper used by WebAgent will be updated to improve Salesforce CTI multiple‑tab behavior.
This change will be rolled out regionally. As a result, there will be three separate status page announcements reflecting the rollout timing per region.
Maintenance Details: June 11, 2026, 12:00 UTC
User Impact: Minimal impact is expected during the maintenance window. Dialogues will not be affected. Users already logged into WebAgent will not experience any impact. Only new login attempts during the maintenance window may experience a brief delay of approximately 2–3 minutes.
Expected Duration: A 1-hour maintenance window has been scheduled, though we anticipate completing the activity within 30 minutes, including post-maintenance sanity checks.
