During this window, we will deploy a configuration update to enhance platform stability.

Date: Tuesday, February 03, 2026 Time: 21:00 UTC / 22:00 CET
User Impact: The platform will experience a brief service interruption during the maintenance window. During this time, contact searches may not return results and caller recognition will be temporarily unavailable, while call control and other functionality will continue to operate normally.
Expected Duration: We have allocated a maximum of 60 minutes for this maintenance activity. However, we anticipate that the actual change and tests will be completed within 30 minutes.
